Sunayana has 22 years' experience in business structuring, financial management, tax structuring and compliance, treasury operations and fund raising, secretarial and compliance functions.

She also has helped start ups set systems and processes and streamline them. She has worked with ArcelorMittal, TCG Lifesciences (Purnendu Chatterjee Group) , Sterlite Industries and B.K. Birla Group of Companies

She is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a Certified Public Accountant from The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and done Masters in Commerce from Calcutta University.
